EXPERIENCE
David Schiffmann joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Managing Director and Head Structurer for Credit's Liquid and Structured Group. Additionally, David structures new issue CLOs in the US and Europe.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, David worked at Jefferies, most recently as a Senior Vice President on the CLO Structuring and Trading Desk. Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers.
EDUCATION
David received an MSc in engineering from INP-ENSEEIHT, Toulouse, France, and an MA in international economics and finance from Brandeis University.
