EXPERIENCE
Elaine Ng joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a Vice President on the Finance team for the Credit business.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Elaine was an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners, responsible for launching the firm’s first business development company, HPS Corporate Lending Fund. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer of the Private Credit Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
EDUCATION
Elaine received an MS from the Stern School of Business at New York University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also received a BA from the University of Washington, Seattle.
